'Golden Dragon was one of the prominent sport orinatited associations in Ireland in the 90s. It's Instructors and fighters were revered by many and were highly successful on the National and International tournament circuits. I learnt much from them and was honoured to be present as a guest at a number of Black Belt Gradings'
